Marketplace analytics platform
A multi-tenant analytics platform for Amazon sellers. It brings sales, fees, advertising and stock together across 25 Amazon marketplaces in Europe and North America, and turns them into a true profit and loss for every product.
- Profit and loss reconciled three ways, to the penny, against Amazon's own records
- Each client's data held in its own database, with row-level security
- Nightly data jobs with automatic checks, so a fault is caught before anyone sees it
Volunteer rota app
Runs the security rota for a large volunteer team. Volunteers see their shifts and ask to swap from their phone, and the control room screen shows who is on duty. Admin sign-in uses two-step verification, and gate staffing follows Martyn's Law.

Six AI courses turned into a library I can question at any level, from a plain-English summary to full technical detail. It sets quizzes, builds study notebooks and compares every idea with the systems I run.
Image restoration pipeline
Restores and sharpens photographs and video stills so they are fit to print. AI upscaling, subject detection and layout tools work together in one repeatable pipeline.
Daily translation pipeline
Every morning it reads newly photographed pages of study texts, translates them and adds a transliteration beneath. The result is one dated study document, with space for notes.
